Therapy is a meaningful investment — of time, energy, and money. I want you to have clear, straightforward information so you can make the decision that feels right for you.

Insurance

I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans. If you plan to use insurance, your out-of-pocket cost will depend on your specific plan (deductible, copay, or coinsurance).

If I am not in-network with your insurance, I can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients receive partial reimbursement, depending on their plan.

I highly recommend contacting your insurance provider to verify your benefits. If you have questions about insurance, payment, or how this works, I’m happy to help.

Private Pay

You are welcome to choose private pay and not involve insurance. Some clients prefer this option because it allows for greater privacy and flexibility. Without insurance involvement, we are not limited by required diagnoses, session caps, or treatment restrictions, allowing for greater flexibility and autonomy.

Session Fees

Individual Therapy

  • $235 — Initial intake phase (usually one to two 55-minute sessions)

  • $205 — Ongoing 55-minute sessions after the intake

Payment is due at the time of service.
