THERAPY FOR ADULTS

Anxiety | Self-Doubt | Burnout

Welcome

A woman with curly red hair, glasses, and a black shirt stands smiling with her arms crossed in front of a brick wall.

Hi, I’m Kristin Conlon, PsyD, a licensed clinical psychologist. I work with adults who want to understand themselves more clearly and make sense of patterns that feel confusing, frustrating, or difficult to change.

My style is down-to-earth, curious, and collaborative, and I sometimes use gentle humor when the moment feels right.

When “I’m fine” Isn’t True

Many of the adults I work with are doing well in several areas of their lives. They’re building careers, maintaining relationships, and handling their responsibilities. But something isn’t fully working.

Often they’ve spent a lot of time trying to figure things out on their own. But certain patterns sometimes keep resurfacing: in relationships, in overthinking decisions, or overall sense of being stuck.

You might recognize some of these thoughts:

A beige note paper taped with yellow tape at two corners, displaying the quote: "I want to trust myself more, but I keep second-guessing everything."
A brown sticky note attached with pink tape, with black handwritten text that reads: "I want to connect with people, but I freeze or pull away when someone gets too close."
A torn brown paper with the handwritten message, "Part of me wants support, but I feel like a burden."
A paper note pinned with a black pushpin, containing a quote: "I keep finding myself in the same kinds of situations and it's exhausting."
A beige sticky note with a message that says, "Even with people I care about, I still feel alone, like something's missing," taped with a piece of tape at the top.

Therapy can be a space to explore these patterns and start untangling the ways they show up in your life.
